(1) you may cancel your transport booking anytime prior to your scheduled pickup without penalty; (2) a fully transferrable credit will be automatically established which may be applied to any future booking; (3) NO CASH/CREDIT REFUNDS are granted except in Extreme circumstances and ONLY at managerial discretion. We respectfully ask that you book transport when and if you have a good-faith intent to utilize our services.
